A fisheries inspector left her logbook on island C and has missed two schedules.

Recover it and deliver it to the harbour warden on island B before the 22:00 radio call.

The clock is the only resource. Feet are slow; commandeer whatever floats, rolls, or flies.

After Hunter (Activision, 1991) — which had one great idea: you have no move set, vehicles do. This is a daily puzzle built on that law, not a remake of the game.
